What You Really Should Know About Spyware

What You Need to Know About Spyware Hearing the word spyware tends to evoke an image of popups for most internet users. It would probably surprise most to learn that just about every internet user has at least some spyware or adware on their computer.

The reason for this is that these unwanted parasites can hide in areas of the computer that you can’t normally access. The biggest problem with these parasites is that most users don’t know just how highly dangerous they can be. Sure they cause your computer to slow down (a lot), install things you don’t want, and more, but they also do much worse things. Having spyware or adware on your computer compromises your privacy to a exceedingly dangerous level.

How often do you enter sensitive personal information on the internet? For most people, this will be quite often. Many of these parasites will track everywhere that you go on the internet and report it back to it’s creator. It doesn’t stop at that though. Not only will it track everywhere you go, but it will track everything you type and click at these locations as well. What this means is that if you enter sensitive data such as your social security number, credit card number, bank password a bad guy who is probably a thief also has that information.

To make matters even worse, this information is often sold to even more people; this means that hundreds of people, perhaps many more, could have access to your valuable personal information. If you want to keep your privacy on the internet, you’ll need to remove any spyware and adware that inhabits your computer. There is a free report named “Adware Removal” which outlines everything that spyware and adware do, as well as how to get rid of it. Remember, the report is completely free and definitely worth a read if you want to protect your computer.

How to Zap Adware and Spyware

Obviously you know that spyware and adware are bad for your computer. Look, I’m not stupid. I just had no real idea of the extent to which adware and spyware can affect or even destroy your life.

A friend of mine recently found out that he apparently purchased a house in a different country; what really happened is that someone stole all of his personal information, even his social security number, over the internet using spyware! My friend was so freaked out when he was informed of this that he doesn’t even want to use his computer anymore. Now his credit rating is completely destroyed, and it’s not even his fault! He has a lot of expensive work to do to repair the damage. If he had just protected his computer he wouldn’t have any of these problems.

After being told of this incident I’ve decided to let as many people as possible know the true extent of the damage that can be caused by spyware and adware. They can cause popups, slowdown, and other obnoxious things, but they can do other things that are far worse.

Spyware and adware can also track everything you do on the internet as well as report it to a third party. This means: where you visited, information you entered, and even things you clicked. So if you have these parasites on your computer, someone could be leeching all of your personal information!

To make it even worse, this stolen information is very likely to be sold to even more people. That means that hundreds of people could have all of your personal information. I highly recommend you download this free report called Adware Removal. The free report discusses everything about these parasites as well as how to go about scanning for them and removing them. If you care about your livelihood, you will at least download and read the report, it’s free! Hi, Jimmy Goodwin here, as an certified independent computer technician I am a continually being called out to someone’s house or business to either speed up a slow running computer or in the worst case repair a PC that has been completely trashed and rendered virtually useless. Here are my top 10 reasons you need to seriously consider purchasing adware and spyware removal software in addition to antivirus or internet security software.

Removing Adware and Spyware

Many of these people are completely unaware what happened or what they did to incur the wrath of the computer gods. The truth however is that the criminals who propagate this trash are becoming more sophisticated by the day. They resort to underhanded chicanery that can fool even expert computer users into willingly installing malware onto their machines.

Once the spyware is installed on your PC, these criminals can virtually steal anything on the machine. This can also entail personal financial information, pictures, documents, even logons and passwords. Here are 10 reasons you should definitely consider adding a good spyware and adware removal program on your PC.

10 reasons to purchase a good adware spyware removal program Removing Adware and Spyware

1.If your computer gets infected often the internet security package you are using won’t get rid of it. I don’t know why this is but this is from my own experience. 9 times out of 10 once malware gets installed most antivirus software has a hard time removing them let alone recognizing it.
2. Your files can be stolen.
3. Passwords can be stolen.
4. Your identity can be stolen
5. Paying someone like me to come out to fix it can cost $250+.
6. Speed up your computer. In most cases I can run an adware scan on a computer and find some adware on a machine, even if the user is not aware of anything being wrong.
7. Trojans, once installed will download other malware onto your machine.
8.Peace of mind when downloading internet files.
9. Your computer will be continuously scanned with the latest updates to keep you safe from new and evolving threats.
10.Time is money. Having a locked up or slow computer, especially at work can cost a ton of money in lost productivity.
Don’t become a victim of malware. Panda software just released results for the first quarter of 2009 and its only getting worse.
“We have seen a dramatic increase in the amount of spyware in circulation over this period, probably aimed at saturating laboratories and consequently infecting more users,” said Luis Corrons, technical director of PandaLabs.
